Richard Bullock
Attorney Bullock joined Early, Ludwick, Sweeney & Strauss in 2006. He graduated from Louisiana State University Law School in 1991.
Mr. Bullock comes from an extensive litigation background involving claims for maritime personal injury, land based personal injury, employment rights and labor law. Illustrative cases involve Flowers v. Southern Regional Physicians Services, Inc., 247 F.3d 229 (5th Cir. 2001) (first national court of appeal decision to recognize a claim for disability based harassment in the workplace); Marino v. Williams, 729 So.2d 719 (La.App. 1st Cir. 1999) (striking down Baton Rouge Personnel Board rule requiring employee to prove he was not discipline for cause as unconstitutional). Mr. Bullock currently serves as a consultant to the LSU Center for Assessment and Evaluation on the development of the standardized Louisiana notary public examination.
