Mark Strauss

Attorney Strauss graduated from Washington University in Saint Louis with a BS/BA in 1981 and with a Juris Doctorate in 1987. Attorney Strauss is a co-founder of Early & Strauss L.L.C., in New York City. He is also of counsel to Early, Lucarelli, Sweeney & Strauss LLC in New Haven, Connecticut. Attorney Strauss has concentrated his practice on representing individuals injured by toxins. Since 1989 he has represented individuals injured by asbestos, dioxin and DES (stilbesterol).

Presently, he concentrates his practice in representing asbestos victims, especially those suffering with mesothelioma. Attorney Strauss has an extensive knowledge of asbestos products and their uses. That knowledge is critical in helping the clients he works with reconstruct their past exposures to asbestos. Attorney Strauss is admitted to practice law in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Washington D.C., Missouri and Illinois. He is also a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
