Referral Fee Arrangements

When you refer a case to ELSM we will prepare a referral agreement to be signed by both firms. The majority of mesothelioma and asbestos claims are handled on a contingency fee basis. The client should be made aware of any referral activity with their case. Except when outlined differently, the referral relationship will not affect the overall fee that the client pays from settlements as defined in their contract. We will maintain clear and transparent communication with your firm throughout the entire case.
