John W. Dickhoff

John W. Dickhoff has worked as a paralegal at Early, Lucarelli, Sweeney & Meisenkothen (ELSM) for nearly two decades, helping hundreds of mesothelioma victims and their families navigate the legal process. He has worked closely with clients from a wide range of trades and occupations, including construction workers, shipyard workers, mechanics, military service members, and family members affected by secondhand asbestos exposure.

Through years of research and casework, John has developed extensive knowledge of asbestos products and the companies that manufactured and distributed them. He is particularly knowledgeable about asbestos-containing products and equipment used aboard U.S. Navy vessels and submarines.

John focuses much of his work on asbestos bankruptcy trust claims. He has personally handled thousands of claims, preparing and submitting the necessary documentation and working with asbestos trust administrators to secure millions of dollars in compensation for ELSM clients.
