Attorney Ferrante is a graduate of Georgetown University with a B.A. in studio art. While at Georgetown, she was the recipient of the Misty Dailey Award for Outstanding Senior Project in Painting and co-hosted a weekly campus radio show. In 2011, she earned her J.D. from Quinnipiac University School of Law. Her advocacy work for clients in civil matters, including unemployment and child support, at the Quinnipiac University School of Law Legal Clinic earned her a graduation award for "Excellence in Clinical Work".

Attorney Ferrante is admitted to practice in Connecticut and Rhode Island. She is also a member of the Connecticut, Rhode Island, New Haven County, and Greater Bridgeport Bar Associations, the American Bar Association, the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Association of Justice.
